Our 2012 Culinary Class Series will take us
"Out On The Town"! We have put together some of Houston's most exciting chefs and beautiful venues for your dining pleasure! What could be more fun than gathering with friends and family at four of our city's premier hot spots with our own private chefs in their own state-of-the-art kitchens?

The Cooking Classes are a great way to meet our fellow members, their spouses, and acclaimed Houston Chefs! Join us and come learn a new cooking technique or two while sampling fabulous cuisine!

The Houston Bar Association Auxiliary is proud to offer its thirteenth series of cooking classes! These four classes will feature celebrity Chefs who will bring their own culinary techniques and specialities to create dishes as unique and diverse as the city we share. The chefs will graciously provide copies of their recipes to all attendees. The restaurants and showroom will be the backdrops for each of our special evenings - Out On The Town!

and a tour of the beautiful Sub-Zero/Wolf Showroom kicks off our series for 2012!! Chef Garth hosts fabulous dinners in this state-of-the-art demo kitchen for the most refined connoisseurs. Wait 'til you see what's on his menu -Chateaubriand, Tex-Mex cheese grits, Butterfinger bread pudding-just to hint about a few!!
